Instructions for purchasing with PayPal (USA and Canada Only)

All payments are in US dollars. We will offer payment methods in Canadian funds in the near future. We are not responsible for lengthy or delayed shipments from our suppliers, we do our best to fill your order and will often look into alternate supply chains if necessary. No refunds, we will be happy to supply you with alternate selections.

Purchasing with PayPal is easy! Just follow these simple instructions:

1. Browse our online catalogues and use the "Add to Cart" buttons to add items to your online shopping cart.
2. To view the contents of your cart, click the "View Cart" button found at the top of the catalogue pages and a new window will appear with your selections.
3. To complete your purchase, click on the "Checkout" button found on the bottom right of your shopping cart window. Shipping and handling will be calculated for you and a new screen will give you the final total.
4. To pay for your purchase, log into PayPal from the shopping cart window and follow the instructions as they are given by PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can register for one in minutes from the shopping cart window. Registration is fast and simple!
5. You will receive an email confirming your payment. Please keep this email handy for future reference.
6. We will email you when your order ships. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to contact us by email or phone. When emailing us, PLEASE put something in the subject line relevant to your order. Emails with blank subject lines or useless info such as "about my order" will more than likely be mistaken for spam by mail filters and deleted. When inquiring about orders, please have all info ready, such as the order date, payment amount, and the items in the order. We thank you for your cooperation.

We accept orders by telephone or email. Orders by telephone are to be processed faster, and is the preferred method of ordering. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and international money orders. We do not accept orders by C.O.D. or personal cheque.

To place your order, you can still use the online shopping cart to keep track of what items you want. Then simply contact us by phone or email to place your order. To pay directly with Mastercard, Visa, or American Express, you will have to phone us and give us your credit card information over the phone. Do not email your credit card information! If you are calling outside store hours, it is safe and secure to leave your credit card information (name on card, card number, and expiry date) on our voice mail. Please provide your name and a contact number when leaving messages on our voice mail system.

Please have all your order information handy when communicating with us through phone or email. This includes the items in your order, your payment method, and your shipping address. Further instructions for completing your order will be given over the phone or via email. We aim to make your SCRAPE Records shopping experience as smooth as possible!
